Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Overview

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. You’ll also be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time to post

  3. Contact your bank — processing time can vary

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at contact@blueshoes.store and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift wasn’t marked as such, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
