2. Our Response to Notices

  • Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, BlueShoes will promptly investigate and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • We will notify the user who posted the content (if applicable) and provide them an opportunity to submit a counter-notice.

3. Counter-Notice Process
